Together we will decide what you want to work on and how we will explore this. I can offer various counselling approaches, cognitive behaviour therapy (cbt) and mindfulness. Who am I?
I am an accredited, registered psychotherapist (BACP and BABCP) with over 15 years’ experience of working in this field including 8 years in NHS mental health services and 10 years working for Relate and various young peoples’ counselling services.
Where and when does cbt/counselling take place?
For the duration of the pandemic all appointments take place through video-conferencing.
In normal times I have a quiet, private space with parking in central Cambridge:
